Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Wee Dug Co., we want you (and your dug!) to be totally happy with every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Treats – Non-Returnable

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any treats, including:

  • Natural treats

  • Bakes

  • Nibbles

  • Chews

  • Paté

  • Any food items

Once they leave us, they can’t come back — even if unopened. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

We will happily:

  • Replace the item

  • Offer store credit

  • Or provide a refund

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can sort it quickly.

Returns on Accessories

Non-food products such as:

  • Leads

  • Collars

  • Harnesses

  • Jobbie Clips

  • Tags

  • Apparel

may be returned within 28 days, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
